Heavy slow downs due to Multipart / Charset interactions #420

image i have some insanely heave slow downs from flickering this lever image image

I have no idea how i can debug / profile, all i know is that its a lot of f lag

Its so slowed down i see the multipart wirers and normal wires bug like my previous report #412 Maybe that bug is not visual but also functional ? i would guess that is bugging and looping into itself until my game freezes forever. you could add a time stopping machine tool into charset tools )

image that's Charset when i don't power cables and do stuff, i don't know why a single level and a output from a bundled cable made it go 15000x times laggier

Overflow as usual, again MCMultipart and Charset updating then RC for no reason

Actually the whoel issue is due to that no multipart little cable in the screenshot above, else it works perefectly fine

without it it works very well
