[HB-6558] Remove UnityBannerAd Creation Option from Chartboost Mediation MenuItem #176

Only removes the MenuItem that is available through Chartboost Mediation menu. Doesn’t remove the option to create a UnityBannerAd using right-click in Hierarchy window
