Replace all instances of display:none Use visually-hidden, for accessibility

@jasondilworth56 I've already implemented this back in Dec 2020, https://github.com/ChartsCSS/charts.css/pull/39/commits/9436f15f3a53854468f5a10ff029f38f1e91b6ca but not merged into main repo.

Now that I merged v1.0-alpha commits (PR https://github.com/ChartsCSS/charts.css/pull/39) you can see them on GitHub.

Haven't released a new version yet...
