Ballon Maker Not Showing #5011

We have used the BarChartRenderer below lines, Ballon Maker is not showing can you please help me,

chartView.renderer = BarChartRenderer( dataProvider: chartView, animator: chartView.chartAnimator, viewPortHandler: chartView.viewPortHandler)

please search google or similar tutorials or stack overflow or the Demo project to get answer. We lack of man power a lot, so you won't be able to use 'issues' to get your answer.
