[Feature] Add A Refresh activations button #9

Seconding this. Please pair it with the ability to turn off automatic activation creation, so that users can add only the items they want (Not every item needs to show activations, and opt in can be better than delete in some workflows)

I'll consider opt in, but that looks to be higher difficulty implementation
