Add Custom content to LevelEditor lists #45

Describe the problem

Mutators are added to the Home Base menu, but not the Level Editor one

Ensure this fix applies to all custom content, not just mutators

RogueLibs v3 will no longer be updated. Reopen the issue if the issue persists in v4+.
