I was just about to try and work on fixing #19 and I realised it's been ages since I tested this extension and lots of things need fixing. So this is a generic issue for me to get things working again.

I need to test against the following versions of PHP too:

[x] 7.0
[x] 7.1
[x] 7.2
[x] 7.3
