Check nginx path exists before writing file. #5

So that directory is added by chassis core itself so redeclaring it would break some things - I updated the extension to require it before adding the file. Does the latest master not work still?

I tested with this project's Tachyon before working on this PR.

Chassis does not create this in the Chassis I'm using for a client project.
