Hey @rmccue,

I've just been looking into https://github.com/sennza/Chassis/issues/35 for us and the changes I've added here have got me up and running with a fresh vagrant up.

Let me know if you'd like me to change anything here in case there is a better way to implement this :smile:

Puppet has a built-in user parameter which we can use instead; see #18.
