Thanks for raising this issue. I found a lot of Potion ID conflicts when I was creating Nova Galaxy, but I never got around to bringing those fixes to Flux Galaxy. If you haven't noticed already this pack hasn't been updated in a month, but if I do get time for an update I will be including fixes to all Potion ID conflicts (hopefully it won't break worlds).
No problem, hope you continue to support Flux Galaxy, it's a fantastic idea to make people actually work for items in a game with so many overpowered blocks added. Goodluck in all your future projects.
hey what is the name of the effect that makes viligers follow you because there not following me and i need to fix that
Tambem estou com o msm problema
Currently a vampire on a SMP Flux Galaxy server. It occurred to me that using the Transfix ability on a villager was not giving them the Paralysis effect. Upon further investigation in NEI using the potion creator tool, it appears that the potion effect isn't even being shown in the game.
I:"witchery:potion.paralysed"=32
After dumping the potions onto a spreadsheet I bumped into this,
32,potion.taintWithdrawl,flaxbeard.thaumicexploration.misc.TXTaintPotion
Of course I followed up to the Thaumic Exploration config and what do you know:
potion { I:Binding=31 I:"Taint Withdrawl"=32 }
It's a simple potion conflict and it doesn't appear to have an effect necessarily on progress as a vampire. Seems like even if the taint withdrawal potion effect is happening on the villagers they can still be fed on and it will give you progress towards the next level. I did however use transfix on a friend who builds with me and it will either damage him or crash his game though, likely because of the conflict. This issue was cited by some poor soul (who got downvoted for probably post about something like this ) here https://goo.gl/YL9j9i
Finally, straight from Emoniph (On the topic of villagers 'taking one damage instead of being paralyzed.') "Possibly a potion id conflict, someone had this in alpha testing, the paralysis effect is the one that you need to have mapped correctly. Use NEI potion id dump for help and config files to configure."
Anyway, hope I gave you enough information, this is certainly one of my favorite modpacks. Would love to see perhaps IC2 / Advanced Information Panels added, keep up the great work!
Edit: Fixed the issue (As far as I can see) by changing: I:"Taint Withdrawl"=32 To I:"Taint Withdrawl"=116
