Describe the bug can not hide "With 0 contextual prompts "

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Hide context prompts on scroll up

Expected behavior hide "With 0 contextual prompts "

"With 0 contextual prompts " 能不能把这个隐藏掉，超级烦没有任何意义，在手机上还遮盖显示

不想看的话，把这个弹窗部分的div注释掉就好了，或者换个位置
