[gpt-4o]: Real-time voice functionality #4755

Problem Description

As shown in the online videos, GPT-4o supports real-time language conversation and also has emotion recognition. If Next Chat supports this feature, it will be the most advanced among the open-source clients.

Solution Description

There is a separate voice dialog interface

But unfortunately, the gpt-4o API does not currently have its voice function available, and there is no official documentation to consult for configuration.
