[Feature Request]: 通过URL导入设置时，如果当前设置和要导入的设置相同则不弹窗提示 #4812

Problem Description

当前在使用One-API等服务从Playground进入ChatNext的时候，由于URL中带了设置信息，每次都会弹窗询问是否要导入设置，希望能在当前设置和要导入的设置相同的时候不弹窗提示。感谢！
