blank windows in manage my keys #1052

lost keys after removing and adding again the account. how to re-generate or create new the keys ? screenshot attached. I get messages from contacts, but I can't even send plain text, otr or omemo messages. (ios 11.0.4) photo_2018-08-27_13-41-30

Sorry, iOS version 11.4.1 (15G77) last release

Completely removed all the messaging (chats) , all the contacts, account and added it again.

No keys !

And no messages go between devices. Don't even know - try uninstalling the app and install again ?
