Unable to send message from Android to iOS #448

I am unable to send encrypted message from iOS to Android. I get the following error when initiate Encryption....

?OTRv23? b>XXX@xmpp1.mobile-crypto.com</b has requested an Off-the-Record private conversation. However, you do not have a plugin to support that. See https://otr.cypherpunks.ca/ for more information.

Note iOS(ChatSecure App) and Android(Conversation App) But some time it works.

isn't OTRv4 now current?
