Investigate how UX/UI changes could reduce frontend load

changes affecting UX:

• Only draw participants avatars/videos that appear in a users viewport
• Reduce framerate of distant but still visible participants (distant = outside a users radius)
• Reduce Size of Video in relation to distance

Depending on performance/connectivity, a placeholder or loading state might be needed for participants avatars/videos appearing in users viewports, that were previously not visible.

changes not affecting UX:

• Don’t send audio of distant participants (distant = outside a users radius)
