Do you think the data portal will be able to have a landing page for just the city data? I believe that was possible with the DKAN version we had up and running but am not positive.
As I understand it, the Open Data Portal will contain data sets from multiple publishers an jurisdictions, for example, it may contain data from the City of Chattanooga as well as the County of Hamilton.
As @jeremiak mentioned in the above issue, it's common in the open government community for cities to have a "starting point" for their data online at the URL data.<citywebsite>. @baskinomics, I figure this thread can be used for talking about possible approaches to this in the context of the Open Data Portal
