Hi @sbarbat @Brouilles I managed to add possibility to translate VUE. I don't have much time for perfecting this that's why all new translations keys are inside one file.

Translation mechanism won't conflict with applications which uses this package because all js variables are prefixed with chatter.

I tested this with my own application and it works fine.
