Maintain Twitch chat control elements with Chatterino embedded between them (Header and Footer) #51

I believe that the Chatterino window should render between the official chat header and footer bars without removing them.

Personally I like the built-in Twitch header with the official viewer list more than Chatterino's especially when you want to view a usercard. Additionally, the footer contains user chat settings like color and the channel points.

This should also provide more functionality for users, as loading the elements should allow channel points to actually be gained and used. Another possible feature to attempt would maybe be drawing official chat banners (such as predictions) on top of Chatterino if the appropriate elements can be loaded to allow so but I don't know if that would be possible.

Just to call it out: Personally, even if the official chat has to be loaded behind the chatterino chat for this to work, I would find that worthwhile to do. It could be an optional toggle in settings.

@ALazyMeme I noticed you recently added the enhancement tag to this. I thought that this extension was planning on being retired for an entirely new alternative? Have plans changed? I'm very interested in a chatterino-in-browser solution as FFZ/BTTV seem to always cause slowdown issues for me no matter which browser or CPU/memory I have available.

fourtf is currently busy with his own shit, he'll eventually work on what he's planning. Extension is in use for now
