updates watching without being attached #84

Hey, I'm not very familiar with javascript or this codebase so there might be errors with the way I did this, but I think I found a solution to #30 (watching without attaching). It seems rather trivial (just send a message updating chatterino even if you aren't showing chat) so I wonder if there's something wrong with this approach.

@tildejustin This project doesn't get updated due to being Windows only, nobody wants to put the effort in to maintain it. It had been over 2 years since the last actual update when you created this PR, the only changes between then were bug fixes we harassed pajlada into merging. That's the only reason your changes have been ignored over the past 1.5 years, it's just that nobody cares about the extension from a development standpoint.
