Unable to Tab-Autocomplete Event Emotes. #3583

Unfortunately, this is the API Chatterino used to figure out what event emotes you have unlocked, so you could see them in the emote menu and use tab to autocomplete them. Since the API has been shut down, Chatterino is unable to tell what event emotes you have unlocked.

Additional Information As you might notice, a very VERY tiny amount of these emotes are still available in your emote menu under the Twitch username qa_TW_Partner - these are the emotes the v6 Twitch API can still resolve, and thus are still available in Chatterino and can be auto-completed with tab. image

OS and Chatterino Version All Operating Systems and all Versions of Chatterino that could autocomplete event emotes.

As a workaround for this issue (that I honestly just realized) - command tab completion can be used.

Specific to Chatterino, you can make commands named after the event emotes you want, since commands are auto-completed with tab - but do not fire unless the command is at the start of the message, you can type asd123 hahat+tab and it can autocomplete to HahaThink and the text itself will be sent. image
