ILS Command issue with GigBarMove+ILS Moving Head #1

The "sound" mode doesn't freeze the moving heads when there is nothing playing. Everything else freezes except the moving heads. My GigBarMove+ILS used to do it until I updated my ILS Command.

Hello, in the setting menu of your ILS Command, when you scroll to "Sound Lost" is that set to Freeze? That is were you tell the unit what to do when there's no sound. Please check and let me know.

Yes the "Sound Lost" is set to "Freeze". Everything else freezes except the moving heads. They still continue to move and cycle through the colors. When I first purchased them they used to freeze, but ever since I updated them they have not. I have the latest updates on the ILS Command and the GigBarMove+ILS.
