Fixture output stops randomly #1

We have 23 of these fixtures on tour. 4 of them, for seemingly no reason, will stop outputting mid show. The tilt function continues to operate correctly so they are not loosing DMX. This happens to different fixtures at different times in the show so is not part of the programming. A reset will make the fixture work correctly again, sometimes for the rest of the gig, sometimes only 30 seconds. We have exhausted all avenues of fault finding and can find no other references to this issue online.

  1. What console are you using?
  2. What signal are you sending ArtNet, SACN, or DMX?
  3. What is the firmware of the units having the problem?
  4. What power are they on 120V, 208V etc..?
  5. Can you attach a video of the problem?
  6. Can you attach a show file from the console?

  1. GrandMA3 light running in ma2 mode.
  2. DMX fed from luminex nodes.
  3. Firmware v1.230522
  4. We are touring mainland Europe. Voltage has varied from 230v up to 247v in Germany.
  5. Unfortunately we have been unable to recreate the problem on demand which has made documenting and diagnosing very difficult.
  6. I'm not the programmer so unable to share the show file. I am however confident the problem isn't in the programming. The fault occurs at different times throughout the show with no regularity. Some shows it doesn't happen at all. The show is majority time code so the rig receives the same data every night. I have also monitored the sacn stream looking at control channels and nothing is out of the ordinary.

Is the console sending ArtNet or SACN to the Luminex nodes?

The console is sending sacn through luminex switches to luminex nodes then DMX from there to the fixtures.
