Please power cycle your fixture. If your fixture's display doesn't work after power cycling your fixture, then you can re-upload the software. After the upload is complete (100%), then power cycle the fixture.

Hello, we first tried as you told us, then we loaded a lower version of the update versions and tried again. Then we loaded the first version that came out and tried again to load it, and in these three times the screen is still off and we cannot reach a Maverik strom 1 hybrid.
