2 pixels are chopped off the height in IE7 #47

I have a div with a height of 15px and padding of 10px. In Firefox, the
height is rendered correctly. In IE, the height renders correctly before
the application of CC. Afterwards, it's about 2 pixels short. Adding 2
pixels to the height via CSS does not fix.

Cannot reproduce this. Does it occur with the latest revision from SVN
(2.0.5pre14)?
Some of our internal tests involve a number of stacked bordered boxes, and if
there
were a systematic 2px distortion this would accumulate to produce extremely
noticeable
jumps. But I'm not seeing them. Please provide an example that makes clear the
distortion you are seeing, linked to the (latest) source version of the script,
and I
will look into this further.
