Background image - disapearing #81

Hello, when loaded in IE you can clearly see the problem. Nav background images 
are lost when the script loads. Also center content border is lost. I have used 
the script before with no issues. Any advice?

Cannot see the problem in IE8. In IE7 the central content (with border) is 
pushed down below the nav block, but the nav backgrounds seem fine.
