Added several minor changes listed in the TODO List #17

Adds CM5K to the RL check for mini-crits on airborne targets.
Fixes the Rocket Jumper being overridden twice.
Fixes the Shahanshah not receiving correct damage bonus/penalty.
Removes redundant hItemOverride for the Bushwacka/Shahanshah.
Fixes miscellaneous white space error.
Fixes Shortstop having incorrect attributes.
