Google Street View or Geocode data #1

As has been requested before by @meejah on Twitter, figure out a method to either add a Street View link and/or add location data to the tweets that corresponds to the location tweeted.

A possible example of an implementation is the StruckTOBot: https://github.com/G1ng3rk1d/StruckTOBot/blob/Development/src/ca/gkwb/struckto/location/LocationBOImpl.java (Shoutout to @G1ng3rk1d for that work)

Initial plan had been to use the Traffic Incident dataset's location data but that isn't always available.
