[REQ] fixed issues should be clearer #203

Is your request related to a workflow problem?

When you look at a fixed issues list it's very easy to miss the "fixed" and think they're issues.

Propose a solution

strike through the fixed issues description please so it's clear that it's fixed.

Something like this:

Thank you for your suggestion. This is already in our plan and is scheduled for implementation in Q4 2024.
