bug(contributionguide): removal of deprecated golint #7144

golint is deprecated. It needs to be removed from the new contributor's guide.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention! We have updated the linting suggestion on our contributor's guide. Additionally, we have updated deprecated linting methods in our golangci workflow.
