Remove old comments + fix non-determinstic compilation #20

This is a completely unnecessary and small PR, but I figured I'd push these small changes in before making any significant modifications. I've removed a couple comments, as well as made compilation types deterministic.

Hm weird. Anyway, I think I'll just close this as the random was sort of the point and now it's clear it wouldn't work.
