Update draft_saml.asciidoc

I had to introduce some slight changes to the draft version of the SAML authentication documentation to get it working.

• Fixes a non-working wget (-o writes a log).
• Fixes syntax error in example apache configuration (If-directive has two closing brackets)

@mschlenker Thanks for your quick review - I also incorporated the config changes to the other two example sections later in the document.

Also, I think the fix of the apache config syntax error is probably even more important than the wget typo :wink:

I have added the list of actual fixes to the commit message and PR description.
