Fixes for invalid config as well as allow Distributed monitoring
Fixes a non-working wget (-o writes a log).
Fixes syntax error in example apache configuration (If-directive has two closing brackets)

Since I was just working on the file anyway, I applied the changes manually and will not merge the PR accordingly.
