Adapt to new grafana plugin package #43

We are planning to change the way how to release grafana-checkmk-datasource: https://github.com/tribe29/grafana-checkmk-datasource/pull/75

After this change it won't be possible to use git to deploy the plugin. I tried to address this in this change.

In order to see if everything works I've built a test-package: https://github.com/BenediktSeidl/grafana-checkmk-datasource-testing/releases/tag/v9.9.9

Should I also create a pull request for master?

Downloaded as patch, manually merged, applied some minor formatting changes.
