Added recommendations into Azure section #45

I have some screenshots to add but I don`t know how to do that.

Thanks for the contribution!

As this is more of a (good) recommendation and strongly depends on how the local AD is structured, we will not merge the PR. But we're discussing a Knowledge Base article/forum post on this topic. If so, we'll link it here.

And regarding screenshots, for those interested: You can attach images and other assets to pull requests, at least via the Github web gui.
