Add admin/operator commands to server via stdin #33

There are a few things that it would be nice to be able to do in the server for debugging. For example:

Send an arbitrary message to a player
Dump the current list of players
Dump the current list of units
Dump the current list of orders
Dump the current orders for a single unit

And probably lots more. We should add an interface to the server where you can issue commands over stdin or some such and do these sorts of things.
