Add gatherable resources #72

Requires:

[x] Server tracks locations of gatherable "pools" of resource on the ground
[x] Server tells client where they are
- (theoretically done, but the client ignores the message)
[x] Client draws them
[x] Server tracks how many resources each player has
[x] Client knows how many resources that player has
[x] Client displays this information on-screen

Current status:

Complete: 1, 2*, 5, 6 Still to do: 3, 4**

* (though the client ignores the message) ** (technically it has a dictionary for doing this, but that dictionary is never populated, and in particular it's not used to tell clients how many resources they have)
