Remove unit selection indicators when deselected #78

In b900db948fd0dca1ab8bf571ab0541629a364eaf, I changed unit selection to be displayed by adding a yellow torus (possibly stretched) under the unit, instead of just raising it above the ground. Currently we don't keep track of that model, and in particular we don't actually remove it when the unit is deselected. We should fix that.
