https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=11832/burst-of-knowledge this is the latest fad on mage discord. It gives -100 to the base cost of your spells for 10 sec. There's a log with Turkeybrah wearing it here if you want some confirmation on how it works in game https://classic.warcraftlogs.com/reports/xWdKZFLhYPJQADR8#fight=16

Can't read out mana cost of spells in logs so it's kinda useless. Any screenshots/videos of this?

Went to BRD just to confirm it myself. It still sucks tho.
