https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/intro/import-guide.html has a good setup guide

I recommend signing in with GitHub so the docs auto-update on commits

I'm considering revamping this project at some point in the future to support pycord. Since I personally don't use this library for my bots nor do I know folks that actively use this project, I'm putting this issue on hold for now (#5)
