What is your CPU's model?
AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics
Please describe the behaviour in detail.
AMD 5800H, using nootedred driver for integrated graphics, one screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 and the other is 2560 x 1440, and it can light up after sleep and wake up. But after the screen light up, both screens were rendered with wrong resolutions, which seemed larger or smaller than before. Also, before I can input my login password, the screen would hang for a while.
What should've happened instead?
wish it could be traced and fixed
