Adds connectors (switches but renamed) and some other minor stuff

• Connectors, join networks together when toggled manually (not yet when powered from the side)
• Phosphor, glows when powered
• Pipes now visually connect solely to the pipe_connects group, which is completely separate from the other tags
• Moved some functions around internally
• Crafting recipes and quests related to these (feel free to tweak)

Next on the list to add are diodes/delayers or something, and detectors once item transport is added, and also to separate power.lua into its own mod and do some refactoring and optimising

I could always refactor it even more, there's like 500 lines of code and it really needs to be its own mod by now, also I've observed processing times for the switching station of half a second or more
