switching stations now run on globalstep (easier to monitor i guess), and i added a subtick system that allows a machine to run every 0.25 seconds instead of 1 second (unused) (this is where the name of the branch came from)
there is now an API for fluid cells
API has changed quite a bit but nothing breaking happened
ive added really really crappy api documentation for any poor soul that happens to stumble upon skyblock zero and wants to develop it
