Could you add an "how to install" in your readme.md?

"Disclaimer": This add-on is not part of the official osTicket nor do they or I provide any warranty for it - so use at your own risk! It was developed to sync ldap user info to the osTicket database and we know we're performing not really good at coding, but we're sys-admins (not developers), so don't be too harsh with us ;)

Now the actual response: Sorry, somehow Github did not notify me about the issue here, do my response is a bit delayed.

I'll add a better installation readme as soon as possible ;)

But basically it's pretty easy...

• Download the latest version
• Extract the zip on the webserver
• Navigate to the config_ui.php
• Fill in the database and ldap server info and save it (I recommend to set debug to true)
• Open the SMTP.php, edit it with your mail settings and save it (unfortunately not yet included in the config_ui.php)
• Done! Click "Execute & send log" and pray ;)

Meanwhile added a little readme. Please tell me if it's well enough explained.
