different charge:+2, +1 , 0,-1, -2... Valence electrons radical Isotope

Different valence For example , N is supposed to form 3 bonds but when I set valence two, it would form 2 bonds only image

ChemDoodle for Web stopped its development in version 8. In version 8 image
