This is by design.

@deadlyvices do you think it would be sensible to apply to molecule selections?

• A single molecule is selected - flip or mirror molecule about its centroid. (as now)
• All molecules are selected
  1. flip or mirror each molecule about its centroid.
  2. flip or mirror each about the centroid of all molecules.
• Some molecules are selected -
  1. flip or mirror each selected molecule about its centroid.
  2. flip or mirror each selected molecule about the centroid of all selected molecules.
  3. flip or mirror each selected molecule about the centroid of all molecules.
  4. something else
