They are recognized as separate Ligand()s for now.

Do we want to make it a separate class from Ligand? probably yes What parameterizer treatment it needs?

Do this when we have a real need.

Some of the RNAs are present as nucleases (e.g. RNase P), a situation that may be taken into account.
