Indexed substance documents should contain synonyms with type and quality attributes, including calculated score factors #284

As a developer I want the substances added to the resolver to include the calculated score factors So that I can use the score when ranking hits in the resolved

Acceptance Criteria: When substances are added to the resolver index, they need to include scores calculated from substance type and quality for synonyms This includes both the incremental pushes to resolver and the mass reload/sync of substances
