Closes #306

Catches calculated Compound attribute errors.

API response is 200, 'failed' values are null
Created decorator in chemreg/indigo/errors.py
Wrapped attribute calculation functions in chemreg/compound/serializers.py
Added test, using "FIBr" molfile
