Shimejis won't interact with anything but browsers

Basically, just like the summary said, I can't seem to get the Shimeji to 
interact with anything but IE and Firefox.

I've been working on this problem and making a couple personal tweaks to the 
code, so I think I understand it well enough to get involved on this issue...

The code has been updated, but it has not been integrated into the distributed 
source or the JAR file you're actually using.  If you go to

there is a link that includes the "new" JAR file.  Replace the old one with 
that.  The other thing you'll need to do is add a windows.txt file in the same 
main folder (where the JAR is) and put window names into it that you would like 
your Shimeji to interact with.  I attached mine as an example.  You may want to 
make personal modifications; mine happens to betray which windows I'm often 
using!

I'll also see if I can't get a newer version of this posted.  Not sure if I 
have that power or not, but if not I'll try to get in touch with the developer.

RESTORE IE does not work after changing the .jar file.
